Our Critical Response Services
Our Critical Incident Response Services are designed to help employees process and recover from traumatic events quickly and healthily. We provide:
- On-site or Virtual Support: Licensed professionals available to meet with teams or individuals, typically within 24-48 hours of an incident.
- Psychological First Aid: Immediate emotional support to stabilise and reassure affected employees.
- Group Debriefings: Facilitated conversations that allow teams to share experiences, ask questions, and understand typical stress responses.
- One-on-One Counselling: Confidential sessions for employees who need individualised support.
- Management Consultation: Guidance for leaders on how to support their teams and communicate effectively after a crisis.
