Comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Australian EAP offers more than 2,000 confidential counselling sessions each month with our team of more than 75 compassionate counsellors.
As part of your company’s EAP package, we provide a comprehensive range of support services and resources. Employees simply download the Aussie EAP app to book sessions, access evidence based tools, resources and assessments tailored to their individual needs.
To help keep your company informed, we include de-identified usage reporting. Plus, we help kick off your company’s EAP initiative with an introduction email and common areas awareness material designed to help employees engage with their Aussie EAP App.

Employee Counselling

We provide expert support and advice for a range of challenges, the most common being grief, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts at work or home which can lead to employees becoming unmotivated or dissatisfied. We offer caring, yet practical personalised guidance and strategies to promote positive mental health.

Manager Support

Our experts provide coaching, counselling and guidance to your leaders to effectively manage workplace challenges, from how best to start poor performance discussions or how to navigate a team member’s mental health concerns. We help them develop their leadership soft skills, so they elevate your company’s Culture and Performance.

Career Coaching

We support employees in navigating career development, transitions and challenges. Through guidance, career counselling helps individuals identify their strengths, explore career pathways, professional goals, and build confidence in decision-making. By addressing career-related stress, workplace dissatisfaction, or role changes, Australian EAP contributes to improved employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention, ultimately fostering a more productive and resilient workforce.

Couples & Family Counselling

Couple and family struggles naturally affect the mood, behaviour and performance of staff. Our couples and family expert clinicians tailor sessions to address specific needs, worries and goals, teaching strategies to create positive change. Let us help your people develop healthy personal relationships that lead to great people at work.

Financial Counselling

Our Financial Counselling supports those in debt-related stress, helping build a positive money mindset and stay on track with practical, personalised steps – without wealth advice.

Specialised Counselling

Diversity brings fresh perspectives, and every individual’s unique background deserves respect, understanding, and compassion. Our clinicians may have lived experience as well as been educated on the specific challenges and sensitivities to support the groups they feel identified with or inclined to support.

LGBTIQ+
Community

Some of our clinicians are members of the LGBTIQ+ community themselves, or may have children that are part of it, or are thoroughly educated to support your teams appropriately.

Culturally And Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Staff

We have clinicians who can provide support in 10 different languages.

Staff With Neurodivergent Diagnoses

We do not diagnose staff as part of the EAP service but have clinicians who can support employees with existing diagnoses. Diagnoses are provided under private practice if required.
